Landfall Farm, Committed to Conservation

Landfall Farm, Committed to Conservation

Landfall Farm, Committed to Conservation

July 30, 2020 In the News

Have you seen the July 2020 edition of Middleburg Life? It contains this wonderful article about the rich history and conservation of Landfall Farm in Aldie! The Cantacuzenes (Melissa and her late husband Rodion) have shown a dedication to conservation over the years by donating three easements to LTV in 2007 and 2013, with a fourth set to be recorded in 2020, for a total of 513 acres. Just a mile west of Gilbert’s Corner, Landfall Farm is in an area of Loudoun County with intense development pressure, making these generous easement donations even more important.

Click the article below to learn more about the farm, history of Aldie, and conservation easements! Thanks to Melissa Cantacuzene for her conservation leadership and Middleburg Life for the great write-up!
